Loved the 6-9 month box

Oh my goodness, I got the 6-9 Months Sensory Box and it was just perfect! My little one absolutely adored the Ribbon Rings and the Sensory Balls. The colors were so vibrant and everything was super soft and safe. It arrived faster than I expected, only about a week, which was great. I'm already planning to get the next age box. I've told my sister she needs to check them out for her baby too. So happy with this purchase!

Cute stuff for baby

Got some of the high contrast flashcards and a silicone teether for my nephew. They're pretty cute. Delivery took like, a week and a half maybe? Anyway, he likes chewing on the teether, and the cards seem to keep him looking. It was a decent little gift. No complaints really.

Decent subscription, a few hiccups

I ordered the 'Baby's First Year Subscription Box' back in May. The initial order process was straightforward on their website. The first box, the Newborn Sensory Box, arrived in about 8 days to California, which was fine coming from the UK. The items inside, like the Black and White Sensory Cards and a Wooden Rattle, felt well-made and safe for a baby. The subsequent boxes have been a bit inconsistent on delivery timing, sometimes taking up to two weeks, but everything always arrived eventually. I had a question about changing my delivery address once, and customer support responded within 24 hours, which was pretty good. The toys are genuinely engaging for my little one, definitely helping with development as they claimed. Just wish shipping was a bit more predictable sometimes.

Good value for a first box

I was looking for something to keep my baby entertained without spending a fortune. I got the Newborn Sensory Box. The price was fair for what was included, especially with the first order discount I found. It felt like a solid purchase for the money. The items were good quality, not cheap stuff.

Has anyone used a first order discount on a subscription box? Just wondering if it applies to the whole thing or just the first box.

S Sandra B. 3 weeks ago
From my experience, those first order codes usually only hit the first box payment. The rest go full price.

That's what happened to me too. Still good for that initial saving though!

Thinking of getting the Baby's First Year subscription for my sister's baby shower next month. Does anyone know if they ship to Atlanta, GA and how long it usually takes?

E Eric Torres 3 weeks ago
Yeah they do ship to the US! I got a box for my niece in Florida and it took about 7-10 days I think. Might be a bit longer with customs sometimes.

I'm in California and it was about a week and a half for me. Worth it though, the quality is really good.

My baby puts EVERYTHING in her mouth, are these toys really safe for newborns and mouthing?

A Aaron Miller 3 weeks ago
They are! All the stuff I got was specifically designed for babies and their exploratory phases. No small parts that could be a choking hazard for the age range.

Mine was a huge oral explorer and these boxes were perfect. Silicone teethers and wooden rattles are a staple.

Can you actually cancel the subscription anytime? Or do they make it super hard to stop?

S Sandra 3 weeks ago
It was pretty easy to cancel for me. Just logged into my account and hit a button, no drama. Didn't have to call anyone or anything.

Are the toys actually good quality? Like, compared to Lovevery or something similar? Don't want to spend money on flimsy stuff.

J Jennifer G. 3 days ago
I've had both Lovevery and Little Sensory Box. Lovevery feels a bit more premium in some aspects, but LSB has really unique stuff and great for younger babies. No flimsy junk here, totally safe materials.

Yeah, they're not plastic-heavy which I appreciate. Lots of wood and silicone. My little one loves the black and white cards they sent.
